    Dell Support Center collected a number of individual applications used to support and maintaing a users computer into a unified application. Prior to this, the user had individual application to activities like:

    • Updating Firmware
    • Warranty information and claims
    • Contacting support
    • Optimizing performance
    • And much moreā€¦

    Dell Support Center not only collected all of these applications into a single application but also intiated the Services Design Language to provide a unified and consistent user experience.

    Responsbilites

    As design lead, I coordinated with our production agency and provided the project definition, creative direction, and overall project management.
